The company was founded by Tony Smith, who has worked at a senior management level in the higher education sector for many years. He has managed major capital programmes, advised on property acquisitions and disposals and undertaken estates reviews, implementing change management to improve service delivery and customer focus.

Tony is a Chartered RIBA member and a member of both the BIFM and APM.
