QTC Projects gave us the benefit of their extensive estate management experience which helped enormously with our decision making.

QTC Projects assisted the University in its Review of the Procurement of Maintenance and Minor Works.  We were able to advise the Director of Estates and Buildings and the University Treasurer on the procurement options and the changes to be made to the maintenance organisation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery.
