The whole project was delivered by QTC Projects within deadline and to a very high standard. We now have a detailed report identifying examples of best practice and lessons learnt that will be invaluable in helping us to improve procedures and which will undoubtedly influence the management of future projects.

QTC Projects has carried out POEs on four of the University’s capital buildings. The process involved developing questionnaires for the main stakeholders and user groups, carrying out individual interviews and facilitating a workshop attended by user client representatives, Design Team and Estate Office.
