QTC Projects has undertaken a space review and option appraisal for buildings on the Stafford campus resulting in recommendations for better use of space and identifying options for creating a more student focussed centre. A Phase 2 option appraisal was also carried out for the Stafford campus which involved a detailed appraisal of the preferred options, space allocation studies, room layouts and costs.
