Review and report on shared Facilities Management services

QTC Projects has provided a detailed report for the University on the potential benefits of adopting some shared facilities management services between the University and nearby Loughborough College.

Space study on potential occupation of University Buildings

QTC Projects worked on a feasibility study on how space could be used in high profile buildings on campus that had become vacant. The proposal was to provide a new corporate headquarters for the University and much needed administrative space.

Estate Strategy Report

QTC Projects were appointed to facilitate and produce a report for the Director of FM which set out the progress in delivering the University’s 2006 Estate Strategy
